Our work spans four production bases and the project sites where our equipment is ultimately installed and operated. That means people across our business sit close to real infrastructure — on the production floor building transformers and switchgear, in engineering teams specifying storage and grid systems, and on delivery teams getting equipment into the ground and the network energised.

We're a team of close to 300 engineers and specialists working across generation and storage, grid equipment, intelligent systems and EV charging. Because we manufacture what we supply, the work is grounded in production reality rather than pure specification — decisions made on an engineering drawing are visible a few weeks later on a factory floor, and a few months after that on a customer's site.

As a joint venture connecting South African delivery capability with Chinese manufacturing scale, the work also moves between those two contexts — understanding what a Southern African project needs, and how our production bases can build it.
