THG Yuete Power (Pty) Ltd is a joint venture of Tshabangu Holdings Group and Guangdong Yuete Electric Power New Energy Group. Jiangmen Yueshun Energy Technology sits alongside them as a further source of energy-technology and manufacturing depth. Together, these three organisations give the venture both the local footing it needs in South Africa and the industrial capacity it needs to manufacture equipment at scale.
Each partner contributes a different part of what a customer actually needs: a route to market and delivery on the ground, and manufacturing scale and engineering expertise behind the equipment itself. That combination is what lets us offer transformers, switchgear, storage systems and EV charging infrastructure that are designed and built industrially, supplied and supported regionally.
